Liberal Democrat Councillor Roz Smith has expressed her dismay that the Steering Group to co-ordinate action over air quality that was promised back in May has yet to be set up.
"It is recognised that air quality is very bad in some roads around the county," said Roz. "It is very important that a group ensures that action is actually taken and is effective. We were told by the Cabinet member for Transport in May that this would happen 'as soon as possible'. Why has it taken so long?"
